Work and Mason 2001 Napa Sauvignon Blanc wines were paired with this plate.
Two 1979 vintage Bordeaux were partnered with Henry's Grilled Lamb with a
Porcini Mushroom Sauce. Asparagus and roasted Potatoes & Chanterelles
were the side dishes.

remains a remarkable bottle of wine today.
